Hello and welcome to the second round of four of the 2025 Discraft Great Lakes Open presented by Garrett J. Verberg Company. We're in Milford, Michigan at Kensington Metrop Park playing the Tobogen disc golf course. I'm Madison Walker. >> I'm Erikica Stingcom. We're the two hot geese. Honk indeed. Windy out there. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> One of the windiest days we've played at this course and many moons. Um >> all the moons, I think. >> Yeah. And you can't tell what direction it's coming from generally. >> Yeah. >> Because it's coming from all the directions. >> Yeah. From up in the bowl swirling around into just multiple tornadoes. It's insane out there. >> You really have no idea. We're watching Paige Pierce, Holland Hanley, Missy Ganon, and on Scoggins today on the lead card. uh Paige in Holland with the current course record for this layout >> for this layout one stroke off of the overall course record from last year that Holland set at 10 down. Hole one the same par three we've been playing for a long time and you're reading that right 516 ft. I believe Paige was the only person to birdie it yesterday. Anyway, very rare to see any kind of birdie looks or even landing in circle 2. Big forehand off the tea is common. And the backhand is doable, but very tricky tricky and often turns into a cut roller if you're not careful. The OB can come into play at any time. Paige had an unbelievable round yesterday. 100% circle 1x putting. She had that one blemish on 15, but then followed it up with an eagle on 17. Something we don't see ever. This one's a little early and turned, but it's getting some nice fade. And I think it's going to be safe. >> Wow. Huge shot finding the edge of circle too. Yeah. Pen high. >> She is the reigning deep low champion from Vine, Texas at 900. Your co-leader, Holland Henley. >> Holland, what' you say? She was just trying to get through ID Wild and get out here. Feels very comfortable out here. Yeah, she likes this style of course, which is um throwing some big distance shots with rope B also up and down hills. But if you've got forehand like that, I can see why you enjoy your time here....
