As the competition heats up, nearly mistake-free disc golf will be crucial to winning. The easiest hole on the course is also one of the most forgiving, allowing players to chip it in three shots. Meanwhile, leaders like Isaac and Cory are throwing precise T-shots, while Calvin struggles with positioning amidst the trees. Can Calvin regain his momentum and make a comeback, or will others seize the opportunity to take the lead?

Hello and welcome back to the second half of the event. That means we are in round two, back nine of the no league card coverage here at the 2025 Disc Mania Challenge presented by True Bank. Stop number nine of 18 on the Disc Golf Elite series. We got Big Berry commentary bringing the action on this sweltering hot day in Indianola, Iowa. Yeah, we got the second card a little ahead of this card right now. And so we have a tie up on top of the leaderboard with four other people. Um Ezra's part of that tie who's on this card. Uh but we have Em Smith, Ezra Robinson, Mattie O, and then a slew of people within two strokes behind them. So it's it's close out there. And we saw earlier today a 12under get posted. So that's the possibility. So far, we haven't seen a really tight race to the finish line in a couple tournaments. So, I'm kind of digging this right now. A lot of players tied at the top. And it's going to take some really great nearly mistake free disc golf uh from this point on to win this thing in my opinion. Yeah. And this is one that you have to be mistake free on. This is This is the easiest hole in my opinion on the course to just kind of chop it. Three shots. Yeah. Mhm. T- shots. I think the hardest of the three that you will throw or two if you get a little crazy. And Isaac is throwing a dart right down the middle far too. Wow, that's really great. Calvin going low as well. You can go wide hiser, but uh around all the trees. He doesn't he doesn't choose the right gap. That one's like one foot wide. Cory, great shot. Oh, wow. Even better. That's huge. That's in position. I think Calvin still has a chance as long as he has a swing to get into position for birdie. M yeah, I don't think it takes too much on this second shot. As long as you don't get like stymied behind these trees and you're only able to get like 250 300 on your next shot. Calvin's in a tough spot. He hit those two trees early. Um, see, look where he is.
