hello and welcome to the back9 of round two of the 2024 Portland open presented by latitude 64 it is our ninth stop on the disc golf pro tour and our second Elite plus event of the year I'm Erica stinc I'm Madison Walker where your two hock Keys honk so more point available more Prestige more I don't know Portland more Sunshine more of everything more Big Trees more geese yeah honk uh we are watching cap merch just on fire bogey free six down taking the lead over on Scoggin who also is doing so well four down through nine Missy genon right behind in a tie with Sophia Duna who is just a new to the game and on fire everyone's on fire yeah look at how there's only two Bogies on the front nine that's just wild out here in order to be in the top 20 you got to be over par I mean under par overall which is also crazy let's start it out with this par 4 585 ft but it is one of the most difficult holes on the course it played as the second most difficult yesterday today and the sixth most difficult it's just really difficult to get to this green the first shot is so low ceiling that it's really difficult to reach any amount I'm sorry how difficult is it it's really difficult to get distance and then regardless of how much distance you get the angle is super difficult to hit um and the green is really well guarded by some really big trees on the short right side really makes for difficult putting if you ask me sure does cat merch going pretty low and center cut that's fine it actually opens up that left side which as I look at becomes more and more appealing you see most women go more out to the right like Miss's doing here that's a nice shot getting under the ceiling and getting some good distance yeah it's good enough for a circle two putt but you really have to crush the disc on a perfect line to get up to the Green from where Missy landed mhm own added this disc recently it's a star racer a little flipper than the Destroyer she often throws and she's out to the right nicely a lot of women playing this...
