hello and welcome to the back nine of round two of the 2024 PDGA Champions Cup presented by Bushnell this is the second major of the year I'm Erica cko I'm Madison Walker we're your two hotkeys yeah what an intro for round three actually um it's moving day it's moving day it's cut day my brain has moved away yeah we're thriving thanks for joining us um a Blustery Day out here at Northwoods uh we are seeing a whole lot of colors on the scorecard tough conditions but evina shooting two down started in Ty for first is now in Solo first Rachel turton even par on the round in Solo second uh Kristen Tatar in third um what is one up on the round and Valerie manano sliding back just a little bit into a three-way tie for fourth whole 10 is a par four 527 ft a newer hole though familiar from Northwoods blue uh you want to pitch well you can take the left side route or a right side Hiser route and try to get to the corner or even wrap part of the corner believe evina got all the way around the corner yesterday with one of the best drives we've seen um birdie is tough it's another narrow little tunnel to a very narrow little green um and a little tiny basket look at how short that thing is I think the aggressive plays to go left side or rather straight Gap um if you make a mistake going that route I think the it can be harder to scramble wow she did it again that's such an impressive shot it's such a narrow Fairway where she landed only about 10 or 12 ft wide Valerie with a good-looking shot but catching some late trees dropping down where she did is actually fine actually yeah Kristen also taking the straight Gap but it's early that's a good tree kick she'll be positioned pretty well and Rachel four for four straight Gap she's pushing a little too deep really powerful looking shot it can be tough over there yeah it sure can Kristen deciding here how big she wants to go looks like she is getting aggressive very very aggressive and that works out in her favor she is in circle too most ladies taking one of the wider gaps and more of...
