Jes Pro's coverage of the 2024 European Open PDGA Major Number 204 gets underway as he joins Nate Sexon, Jeremy Coing, and Paul Bari to bring you all the action from Round One. The front nine showcased the Monster's notorious challenges, including a Diabolical quadruple bogey and Nicholas Anttila's blistering five-hole birdie streak that put him firmly in the lead. Current course record holder Anttila demonstrated his skill with numerous pars and opportunities for scoring, despite missing some putts. As the players tackle the 279-yard Par 3 Musket hole, Jes Pro discusses the importance of hitting a tight turnover to navigate through the dense tree line. The group also highlights Simon's impressive shot that narrowly misses the mark, while Cory's last-second connection provides some much-needed momentum going into the final stretch. With the rain adding an extra layer of complexity to the course, these players must rely on their skills and strategy to emerge victorious in this highly anticipated PDGA Major.
