foreign hello and welcome to the first round of the true Bank Des Moines challenge presented by disk craft it is a scorcher out there folks but we're playing one of the most scorable courses we play all year I'm Madison Walker I'm Erica cinchcomb we're the two hotkeys we're back baby did you miss it I did it's been so long um yeah we're excited to be in Des Moines even though it is absolutely brutally hot outside yeah the course design here at Pickard Park really I think highlights fpo Talent uh the designer Julianna Korver actually back in 1999 which is just amazing and she's on the cart today can't wait to see it yep named for famous land owner that rode his bike really far look at this OB rate only 28 on hole five thanks to Judas for the stats today they keep us rolling so we can keep you guys listening and entertained let's look at our feature card today Juliana Korver 78 Fairway hits that's fourth place in the field not going OB barely at all parking 11 of the holes Paige Pierce back after a short break uh hitting some circle two putts it looks like and birdying about a third of the holes she's always good at those comeback putts look at Kristen Tatar first place in everything for the season so far hitting 18 of Fairways that is consistency folks 70 of the time she's in circle two for birdie dumb that is insane and Missy Gannon she's a great Scrambler she's the third best Circle 1X putter this year and she keeps it in the Fairway also great shirt yeah Missy always looking styling right now though I think everyone's priority is staying cool we'll see a lot of umbrellas out there trying to keep the sun off hole one is a big Sunny hole that's very birdieable to start off a downhill tee shot without a bounds on the right and left you want to carry that corner a little bit and land in that Landing Zone Zone short of that little teeny tree your second shot ideally is a forehand but a backhand turnover works as well well Giuliano Porter my name is Julianna Korver I am a five-time pdj world champion and I am originally from Iowa and in fact I lived in Indianola after I...
