Watch as Humphries takes on the challenging Music City Open course in his R2F9 disc golf setup. This pro shares valuable insights on his approach to playing in less-than-ideal conditions, such as wet and windy weather. He discusses the importance of maintaining a carefree attitude, like that of Paige Pierce, and how focusing on precision and control can help mitigate the effects of cold and wind on frisbee throws. With two practice rounds under his belt, Humphries is confident in his understanding of the course, but acknowledges areas where he needs improvement. He shares strategies for managing obstacles, such as tight OB lines, and how to stay focused on clean, birdie-worthy shots. The goal? A bogey-free, OB-free round - a feat that could be a first for this pro's career.

Watch top pros Humphries, Aderhold, Lizotte, and Proctor in round 9 of the Music City Open. Expert disc golf action, throws, and strategy.
