hello and welcome back to round two coverage of the 2022 otb open presented by mvp disc sports from stockton california and on jomez pro you are listening to big sexy commentary nate sexton and jeremy kohling thank you nate and my goodness this first half of the tournament has given us so many highlights so far we really have seen a little bit of everything simon lizat on the front nine going seven down and emerging as the current leader followed closely by drew gibson who was either on chase card or third card but he also shooting seven under the front it's just incredible see what the back half of this event has the as for us it starts off pretty tough with 10 par 4 850 feet bite off as much as you like off the tee the farther right you go the bigger the carry is and then you've got the basket right there at the water's edge very very important drive got to get beyond that big bush tree that's right on the far side simon will have no problem with that i would think oh this is actually a little scary it's turning quick does it have the height yes okay and there is another example of somehow his disc is nose down gets to the ground and somehow the nose is up he gets another 60 feet i just don't quite understand it simon's really really good at it though erin a nice drive puts him in a weird spot though he's not way right and he's not way left and the decision from there which route you go is gonna it's gonna be interesting to see what he decides to go with maddio this is drifting pretty hard left this is going to be well back of where he'd like to be to attack the pin into cody not quite getting the flip he was probably looking for but distance is very solid and he will have a similar shot to what matt is looking at and there's yeah there's just no play for the birdie from back there that is a nice shot well jeez maybe i spoke too soon that's a pretty good effort from back there i mean that's still back edge of circle two very scary sloppy putt towards water from there but and it does fall in...
