hello and welcome back to our round two back nine coverage of the 2022 dynamic discs open we are in emporia kansas and you are watching the disc golf pro tour on jomas pro with nate sexton jeremy kohling and paul yulibari we have got a pretty decent score here for thomas gilbert eight under paul right now that is getting work done he is tied at the top right now with brody smith as you can see him working his way up the leaderboard there james conrad he's still right behind just two strokes back currently with nolan ramser at six under pretty impressive in this win this is the most difficult conditions we've played in maybe this year at least on the course as difficult as this this is this is going to be a bruiser back nine folks yeah and it starts off in a really rough and tumble way because number 10 is not messing around you got to go through the gap and then there's a ripping left to right wind so it's hard to get your disc to get through there and stay straight long enough to avoid the ob that's tucked right there's also some ob straight see how these guys navigate it this is kind of getting slammed down and not the worst distance but i don't think he's gonna have a good footing look like there was a little ditch where the disc nestled down to oh no this thing got really flipped and that carries a cross over the spectators out of bounds thomas playing the forehand simply to be safe and even this is going to flirt without out of bounds now it pushes forward enough he does have that power sometimes you can forget and that's a great shot that is look at this you can see there's dust rolling through conrad says have you ever seen me throw wind wow nothing great ankle control great placement so good if you miss the front nine coverage there is a bit of a storm warning in the forecast there was potential tornado spots or we were on a tornado watch i should say and so i mean you're seeing the wind in a situation like that where it's just gusty consistently windy at all times and many of these holes are going to be going into a headwind or...
