hello disc golf fans around the world and welcome to the second round back nine coverage of the 2021 texas state disc golf championships we are here in tyler texas jeremy kohling joined by my good buddy paul buddy big berry commentary bringing you all the action here that front nine chris dickerson just that one bogey on the hardest hole in the course whole five other than that a lot of green scores and that keeps him in first place through halfway through the event ricky wysocki and maddie orum are moving up in the ranks and casey white is holding strong that hot first round is everything he needed to not necessarily start off start super hot on the front nine but still is right there at the top the front nine can just be brutal it really can't it showed that hole 10 is a par four players are gonna need to hit that initial gap move a little bit right set yourself up for about a 300 to 350 approach down this tunnel down to the pine straw and skipping just a bit right there on the approach for the very rewarding birdie chris throwing very nice shot wow all the way out of the gap that was effortless and the important thing is that he did not have a lot of angle when he hit the ground so he didn't skip right into the trouble on the right side of the fairway another great shot and look at that thing just check up in the middle i don't know if that hits some sandy pit in the ground or not but it just seemed like it just stopped right there good angle control perhaps joel also hitting the gap and that's the skip and to the right that can be costly also a little a little too far right just a bit yep that would be ten consecutive tee shots that have not gone according to plan casey white however that shot is according to plan that was playing an accordion that he planned to play stop it and just killed it that was just so so sick the ceiling on this shot is just it shapes perfectly with that pine and just keeping that angle just the perfect s turn that was really really good never in danger of hitting anything is beautiful and...
