The 2021 Portland Open is on display here, featuring the R2B9 LEAD, where Lizotte, McMahon, McBeth, and Wysocki are in contention. The event takes place at the Glen Duver Golf Course, home of the Disc Golf Pro Tour on Jomez Pro. Eagle MCMahon leads the pack, seven strokes back after a strong performance on the front nine, with Paul Macbeth and Kevin Jones close behind. McMahon's incredible play has earned him a three-shot advantage halfway through the event. The back nine is just as challenging, particularly hole 10, an 815-foot tee shot that requires precision and control. The narrow gap and low ceiling make it difficult to navigate, but a well-placed approach can set up a strong second shot. Watch as Eagle MCMahon takes on this monster tee shot, showcasing his skills in the pursuit of victory.

Watch Round 2 highlights of the 2021 Portland Open featuring Paul McBeth, Simon Lizotte, Matty McMahon, and Garrett Wysocki.

hello and welcome back to the city of roses we're here for the portland open the disc golf pro tour on jomez pro we're at the glen duver golf course for round two back nine coverage with nate sexton jeremy colling and paul yuleberry eagle mcmahon is out there keeping things weird here in portland he is seven down the front nine but with hole one being as hard as it is that's really seven of the eight holes that were left in the front that's absolutely incredible his play has earned him a three shot advantage halfway through the event over paul macbeth four over kevin jones who's shooting a really great round from the chase card and ricky wysocki rounding out the top four so far let's get into the back nine hole 10 is another long one 815 feet with a tee shot through a pretty narrow gap you've got ob on both sides though it is pretty generous it's really hard to get all the way down to the where this hill starts to crest i think most players are not going to be able to do that and then you've got to get your approach to get around the maple and then to finish hard right into these four douglas and one frasier fur the fraser fur is the real that's the one that makes it hard that ceiling is so low though on that approach shot it's is a very difficult get to get i was noticing people overturning this and then not getting enough i wasn't seeing very many right down in the middle of the fairway today um this is safe he's well past the out of bounds yeah that's way up there and it should be a pretty open angle that's the best angle to attack if you can get 450 feet straight that really sets up a great second shot see and i was under the impression that those shots that were going away look at this is so good what a monster t shot but i was under the impression that those ones that were fading out left were out of bounds but i guess that was extremely wrong early on they would be but once you're up by that grain of i believe hole 13 uh that is safe and you're even allowed to move those banners out...
