hello and welcome to the 2021 jonesboro open we are in jonesboro arkansas for the disc golf pro tour and we've got big berry commentary jeremy culling joined by that guy yules primetime mcgee how you doing buddy prime time mcgill cuddy let's get into that grip low profile we've got garrett gerthy third place back there in october he also has two second place finish finishes he does well here macbeth he does well here too second place just a few months ago joined by former champion of this event ricky wysocki who is on a tear right now bringing that texas energy through arkansas and popping the shirt thomas gilbert he's got the length to do big things at this course and the rosy cheeks and the personality just the whole game hole one par three starting off with a boomer 450 feet slightly uphill and slightly downhill and in the end it's a little bit more up hill than it is from the tee whatever that means it is a big t shot though and it's a great way to get the round started i think garrett has enough the whole room doubled i wouldn't take that bet wild style we got camo and the colorful top hat and glasses that's textbook garrett girthy look and he's going with a halo wraith i think that was maybe his keyboard maybe his sonic next up from california also going with a crazy outfit camo he's looking good though always does paul is pulling that one turning over to the right and as you hear that crowd in the background we are in phase two and here in arkansas and there are a few spectators limited but there's also the amateur event going on on the other side of this course so there's more people around the tieing area than we've had in quite a while and honestly it's been too long it feels kind of nice having people watching you know absolutely adrenaline going let's see if ricky can use that to his advantage here and pop one right down the middle halo destroyer oh why are you doing that overturns it a bit the distance is perfect but he is about 45 feet right from ontario canada thomas gilbert and this might be our first look at thomas gilbert in his new bag on giomas this year...
