hello and welcome back you are watching the PDG a national tour on Jonah's pro we are at the third stop the 2019 Santa Cruz Masters Cup from Santa Cruz California we've got your feature card presented by in of a champion discs and the PDG a big sexy commentary here with you again Nate Sexton and Jeremy : and Ricky is off to a very Ricky like two-time Masters champion start with a 6-under front well no bogeys to speak of and just kind of plugging away in the rest of the cart kind of having very de la s crowds some birdies some bogeys a lot of pars this course is all about getting a lot of threes and a lot of twos and just avoiding those red and purple numbers mm-hmm the front 12 here are some of these players 7-under sized Elmore with an ace on hole three Austin Hamm follows it the very next card with another ace on hole three some great disc golf being played in this course let's get to it hole 13 par three a 347 this one has an up the middle play with a forehand flex sort of a wider backhand turnover or an extremely wide forehand Heiser see which one MJ goes with forehand think now it looks like he's gonna go with that intermediate back in turn he's nailing it surprise surprise beautiful shot shots like these are kind of the exact reason we wanted to see that North Carolina woods legend Michael Johansson play out here in Santa Cruz mm-hmm this is such a flippy disc Wow was so much Heiser it didn't quite get to that to turn over angle but the amount of Heiser he put on that even to get it to fly straight and Ricky's going up the middle flex forehand which is the play I think suits my eye the best and it looks like it suits Ricky's eye the vest as well finally a little roll but probably didn't make much of a difference there are a lot of those lighter blue colored discs yeah those Firebirds you know that was a bad one though but I'm gonna try another one if at first you don't succeed grab a different one and throw it again okay yeah good approach a little bit of mulch left on that fairway for your...
