hello and welcome to Joe mez pros coverage of the Portland Open presented by the bevel craft brewing and disc craft discs we're on the disc golf pro Tours stop number five from Portland Oregon big sexy commentary Nate Sexton and Jeremy Coleman and we've got a tight leaderboard we've got James Conrad in first place juggle master himself right there oh wow this is he's doing flips he's doing twists that's so cool Simon can juggle - oh God yeah all right well this is trick shot guy anyway so that's fitting what are you gonna do something safe no no Kevin Jones the all-american classic smile he's doing great I'm talking about the disc off right now I'm going full all right we got a great battle coming up here lots of players in striking distance second card all still in it hole one par three 455 Oh be all around it you got the wall to slow down some of those rollers low ceiling it's really a roller only play if you're looking for the deuce as one of those holes it just feels so good to get that birdie to start your round off it's it takes a perfect time James and Simon are tied at 18 under James with the hotter second round putting him on top of the box here and that's a good-looking cut angle there maybe a little bit too under stable or too much speed out of the hand turning a bit quick into the grip six wall not a bad place yes yeah I mean you just want to avoid anything early just to avoid before we saw Simon pretty much base this thing in round two nobody's rolling tough on the guys of the booth gone with a cut angle as you would expect and this again is looking good but maybe just a little bit too much speed I think that's wouldn't have probably not been as good as we talked a little bit about Kevin's round and yesterday shot a 15 under with a bogey out here you started off with a birdie on this hole Oh same three is Simon great angle just didn't quite good passed off I agree with that statement I mean your og Corvallis guy but you're in North Carolina and now Washington dude yeah I some my roots run deep that's...
