hello and welcome back to Joe mez pro coverage of the 2019 Portland open presented by bevel craft brewing and disc craft discs we are in Portland Oh Portland Oregon at Blue Lake Park big sexy commentary Nate Sexton and Jeremy calling we've seen a couple good scores on the front nine yourself and Simon able to keep it under par the whole time five under a piece or six under three actually six under Phoenix yeah but that six excuse me there is the leaderboard Simon two-shot lead over myself Eagle charging hard from second card James there as well drew on second card Seppo on second card Ricky I believe on third card hmm I think it's even yeah I think he's like fourth or fifth yeah we're making a big charge golf hole three four hole ten par three 295 this one is OB all around it breaking right turn over mid range for forehand driver options here Oh be right behind the basket though where those big dead trees are if you go there you're gonna be putty for circle three but out of it Simon with the mid-range oh this is not as high as it wasn't round two that's gonna come up a bit short hole decision time for Simon sitting on a couch shot lead now the fate is certainly in it in his hand what are you doing there from that distance shot lead I forgot what a two-shot lead feels like Nate so it's kind of hard to make that decision but I'd probably run it I'd probably continue to do what I had been doing to get to that point that's the nice brush right there yeah a lot of places the brush is actually out of bounds and the stakes are about a foot away from that thick brush that kind of suggests the OB line across the course mm-hmm right there that's helpful that it was directly on that line yeah James also gonna have a tough putt and what James is slightly lacking front nine I think you have to go for that you start have to start pressing this is a bit wide this needs a big skip it gets a little bit of it but that's still and these are three scary putts and you're kind of in that ideal spot where the Creek isn't...
