hello and welcome to first round coverage from the big one the 2018 PGA professional world championships from smugglers notch Vermont big sexy commentary here with you Nate Sexton and Jeremy Cole and as always we have a fantastic feature card we have Simon lazatti Ella visca Ricky buy sake and the 2018 distance World Champion Kevin Jones one exciting card really one of the only internet there's a few international contenders for a world title obviously Simon is one of them oh yeah two-time defending champion Ricky Wysocki best player in Minnesota history let's go ahead and say it Kayla Fisk nobody's arguing and the young gun Kevin Jones who obviously can throw a mile just beat David Wiggins dethroned the five or six time with distance world champions so it's gonna be an awesome awesome round hole one is a par 4 coming in at 575 feet you've got a little bit of an OB carry to be in the hole and Ricky has the whole ensemble the whole fans up here from Rock Hill or Fort Mill South Carolina which is pretty much 20 minutes from Rock Hill and you got a picture Ricky as a favorite coming into the World Championships I mean obviously he's been one of the top two best players for the number of years now but it's also of course he's done really well in the past yeah I saw a little flash said h3 on the top of this disc so he's going with kind of that hybrid fairway distance type type speed I think probably most players going with something in that speed tin type of range here you're just really trying to land right by that white birch Beach whatever the heck that is want to end up on birch Beach that's a perfect landing zone there's not much in the way from there and this is a really good fairway for Kevin Jones style throw he really likes to throw line drive low shots with minimal fade and something he's really good at so this is a good fairway for his ID yep there it is oh yeah that's some good commentary about you German you knew what was coming that's fantastic dress yeah that's passed that birch beach by about 50 60 feet yeah there's no sand on that thing like you said there's a few international...
