hey everyone and welcome to the 2017 PDGA proor championships we're really excited to bring to you the first round coverage from the awesome WR Jackson course from the idgc got big Julie commentary team Jeremy coing joining the booth by Paul ulber yeah man super stoked to be here um to commentate on this first round we got some Slingers on the on the card for sure uh well we let me take care of this one buddy we got Ricky byaki the reigning world champion Eagle McMahon coming off his little Hiatus showing that he still got it Andrew presel the 2017 Kansas City Wide Open Champion uh that was the last time he played coming into this event and you have Zachariah Johnson a great player from Missouri who has a killer backhand forehand combo and he can always light up putts from anywhere hole one is a really awesome starting Par Four um you have the left Gap there that Andrew is going for little flexx shot and that's really exactly what you want just it's kind of hard to flex that shot and um and stay to the right you know you really want to be just out in the open a little bit more than that but um there's two different ways you can go you can go the Hiser flip in the right side or do what Andrew did there yeah they really did a a good job with the design here at Jackson starting you off with a really tough par 4 um but they really give you m multiple options to attack this hole Yeah it's a typical John Hal design he um he really likes to uh challenge different layup zones different ways of getting to different spots in the course and really um you know give you that tight wooded feel but give you some options to go out there and different ways to attack the course I like you see Ricky actually going sidearm off the tier you don't typically see this play but um him being one of the best sidearm players in the world it's it's no surprise but he is a bad kick and goes left where you absolutely do not want to be no it just like any hole in the course anything off the Fairway is is death um so you really have...
