2017 Ledgestone Open | Round 1, Back 9 | Wysocki, Locastro, Johansen, Craig

The 2017 Ledgestone Open presented by Discraft is back on the course, and it's Round 1's Back 9 that's in focus. The Bottomless Pit has been revamped to provide a wider open bomber hole that allows players to take advantage of their skills. Michael Johansson, Nikko Locastro, Ricky Wei, and Robert Craig are among the top players vying for the lead. As Nate Squared commentary observes, this course change offers a fresh start from last year's layout, which had safety concerns and out-of-bounds issues. The new design gives players a chance to showcase their power and accuracy. Specific challenges arise, such as Ricky Wei's attempt at a low-flying Powerizer that doesn't quite skip on the wet grass, and Michael Johansson's struggle with an obstructed jump put after his drive lands in a tricky spot. The Back 9 of Round 1 promises exciting moments and tough decisions for these top players. Will they be able to capitalize on their skills and take the lead? Watch as these talented athletes navigate this wide-open bomber hole.

Watch top pros, including Ricky Wysocki & Paul McBeth, at the 2017 Ledgestone Open. Epic shots on the back nine!
