DGPT | Discraft 2019 Ledgestone Insurance Open | RD1, F9, FPO | Allen, Pierce, Gilpin, King

Watch as top disc golfers compete at the 2019 Ledgestone Insurance Open presented by Discraft. The second feature card features a talented lineup of women, including local Iowa favorite Sarah Gilpin and rising stars Katrina Allen and Paige Pierce, with Hayley King making her impressive debut. At Sunset Park in Pekin, Illinois, players face a challenging par-four hole that requires precision and skill to navigate the slopey green towards the water hazard. Sara Gilbert expertly sets up the course for her fellow competitors, showcasing the importance of accurate drives and fairway placement. Meanwhile, Allen's clever use of hyzer flip shots proves particularly effective in navigating the blind approach to the basket. With its unique features and tricky terrain, this hole demands attention to detail and a solid understanding of disc golf technique.
