2026 MVP Bottle Lake Open | FPO RD1 B9 | Donnecke, Chocek, Reigh, Hokom

The 2026 Bottle Lake Open is underway, and Sarah Hokum is joined by Chandler Ray in the booth as they bring you live coverage from Christ Church, New Zealand. The Tour Down Under event is presented by MVP Disc Sports, with players competing in the Gothro tour presented by Prodigy, a points-based system that rewards competitors throughout the year towards their finale. Sarah Hokum shares updates on the leaderboard, where Allison Tweety leads the pack after nine holes, closely followed by Sophia, Donica, and Taylor Chosik. As they navigate the back nine at Bottle Lake Forest Park, the players face various challenges, including a par-3 hole that offers a rare respite from out-of-bounds terrain. The group discusses strategies, such as Sophia's use of the destroyer and Taylor's approach shot on her previous year's result. Chandler Ray provides commentary on the players' techniques, highlighting specific lines and types of throws.

Have like a little break from the out of bounds. >> Sophia going with the destroyer. >> Very nice for her. Non Look at that. >> Absolute park job. >> Park job. Wow. For not having a a sidearm. >> Yeah. You're not sidearm. [laughter] >> No, she's got a great sidearm. We're learning that every [clears throat] every hole, actually. >> Yeah. And Taylor's going to go with her zone. I believe she uh hit cage on this hole last year. >> Pulls it a little left. Hits wood on it this year, but that's okay. She'll have an approach to try to save the par. Please tell me it's not a crave. >> It's a crave. >> It's a crave. This one, this one's our Eclipse line, so it's a little more stable. >> Different crave. Got a variety of craves in the bag. >> And it was a great shot. And I'm going...
