all right everyone welcome back this is round one back nine coverage from the 2019 MVP open at Maple Hill this is road life commentary comin atcha I'm Nate Perkins joined here by the newly crowned five-time world champion page Pierce I'm so excited to be back this is the back nine like you said it gets really long super technical right now I'm at 3-under Sara who comes at 1-under Amanda well Mel wookies at 2-over and Christina Dagger is 11 over yeah like you said the back nine of this course is really where the distance is gonna come into play a little bit more so some long putts from you to start this tournament out yeah I'm hoping to keep that going back on the deck this is probably the signature role the castle I don't know there's there's some there's a lot of good ones here at Maple Hill it's really hard to pick the castle hole hole this has always been an epic one its Holton this year par-3 255 eight feet place more like 330 maybe what do you think Paige yeah something like that about at least 300 and honestly it's very tricky because the closer you are to the wall the trickier your putt is so you want to get it up there of course but not too close to that wall yeah it can almost be unmei Keable if you're right up against that wall yeah or force you to throw a turbo putt or something like that so Amanda doesn't get quite all the way up there but she's far enough away from the wall where she can use her normal putt and Christina the am side winner of this event last weekend is now throwing she is a little bit nervous I talked to her during the round she said that you know this is her first time on a feature card and she's uh she's looking she's not a pro by any means she's looking to play an world's coming up soon but she's just embracing this she lives about an hour away so she's pretty Oh awesome to be here and that's really one of the dangers of the castle whole you kind of got a pic you want to get it either way on top or choose to kind of lay it up to that right...
