welcome back disc golf fans to the women's open of maryland edition number four presented by blue chip technologies this is going to be the middle nine holes 19-27 of round one i'm andrew fish joined here by michelle fraser yeah and this is very weird being a middle nine because normally this is sort of the home stretch where you're looking forward to the round maybe being done but this is sort of like the moving day part of the round where we're trying to solidify ourselves and prepare for the diabolical background that's coming it's not really that bad but it is the most interesting one in nine so here you're gonna see some holes similar to the front nine a good mix of par threes and fours um lots of woods and lots of fun shots for sure for sure it's a little bit of everything uphill downhill left right we want to thank the patreon supporters for gatekeeper media discraft and especially for this video west winds disc golf west winds is a former country club near newmarket maryland between baltimore and frederick and they've been given full clearance to install a couple of disc golf courses so i really want to thank west winds and joseph booth in particular for their sponsorship of this event yeah it's pretty special um to have video coverage at this event i know um yeah i was really excited to get to watch this even though i played it involved in person it's fun to get to analyze everyone's shots and see how they attack this course so hole 19 here um it's a reachable par-3 but plenty of trees in the way and a fast green with a difficult slope so plenty to deal with on this hole yeah for sure one of the more open fairways we're going to see but it requires a pretty specific line and then finishing up into the left is a little bit preferable so i'm trying to do the turnover it does not turn over despite my frantic waving in my arms to try to get it too it's giving me a long downhill putt um which isn't exactly ideal lisa's gonna do more what i was trying to do wow i really like this shape incredible shot shape to skip it up towards the basket yeah so that's going to...
