welcome back to gatekeeper media's coverage of the women's open of maryland edition number four presented by blue chip technologies this is going to be the middle nine of round two i'm andrew fish joined here by michelle frazier and we're back out in the cold and rain for nine more holes at this gorgeous course i'm really grateful to our sponsors for having allowed this event to take place yeah for sure uh this video is sponsored by west winds disc golf this is a former golf course with a community around it in newmarket maryland near frederick they are trying to put together a championship level course i fully support their efforts i'm excited for another disc golf course in maryland thanks also to discraft and the patreon supporters of gatekeeper media we really couldn't couldn't do all this coverage couldn't do the event without uh without their support it would be at a significantly reduced scale so we saw in our first nine holes that sarah hogan birdie seven out of nine um going from being four out of the lead to having a two-stroke lead um whereas missy and lisa and i are just sort of hanging in there in the rain and we've also seen a charge by a couple players on the second card to really tighten things up there around um second through sixth place yeah for sure uh hole 19 is kind of a net straight shot that you need to move your disc from left to right and then finish back at the end um on a little bit of a side hill 300 or so feet so certainly within range but a challenging technical shot right and unfortunately we've all been able to go get some more dry towels for me extra clothes and hand warmers hopefully bring a little more warmth and energy into this middle line sarah with her commanding tea box um having always been on the box um shows us how this hole's done with the forehand right up the middle a little short but well within her easy putting range yeah very nice so one thing we haven't quite talked about you're wearing your purple pants right now yes tell me about your plaid i've just always liked having long thin pants to play disc golf and preferring pants with bugs and thorns and such...
