Welcome friends to the first event of the Swedish disc golf pro tour back at well first time actually at Venberry Open sponsored by Disc and we are in the city of Falconberry. Thank you to all the Patreon supporters. my name and new on the mic for this season. My name is Michael Buouie. I'm the tour owner of the Swedish Discord Pro Tour and with me we have Pri. I'm back. Is back. Yeah. Thank you to all the tour partners of the Swedish Discord Pro Tour. You make it happen. And uh yeah, I'm excited to start the season and see what kind of players we have. We have a stacked field here with not only Swedish players, but some Danish and a Norwegian player, Yaltta and Morton. Yeah, a lot of international players showing up for this event. Uh it's good to see the, you know, the the bar is rising, people are getting better, and uh the competition is getting stronger, so it's always welcome. Yeah. Um yeah, starting us off here, hole one, 214 m par4 with an O a carryover OB from the tapad. Um, you want to put yourself right in the middle of the fairway to have a hiser play into the green, but you don't want to miss right, left, short, long, anything. There's OB everywhere. So, yeah, stay in the fairway. And this hole can be a little bit tricky for a left hand uh that Yalmer is because he throws from out of bounds all the time. So, you don't get to advance in case he doesn't get inbounds. So, yeah, exactly. You have to make sure you cross. Yeah, cuz otherwise you you just re and it carries around uh 50 60 m. So it's not so far. It's looking a little bit pulled. I've never made it over. It's going to be a ret. Yeah. And I do believe that's uh one of the reasons why hole one actually played as the most difficult hole for the round one averaging 4.87 European birdies. We have Yensen last event at the Swedish Disco Pro Tour 2024. He actually won the Eatlan Open. So yeah. Yep. So, he's back here on Swedish soil to make a mark for it. Pick up some more titles. Mhm. This has to Yeah, I missed the mando. Oh, he missed the mando....
