all right brian erhart with dgn here a couple questions for you you've been in the states for a little bit you've played quite a few tournaments i know in norway you've posted a lot of weightlifting videos and really hard training videos you train very seriously for disc golf now that you're in the states traveling all over the place and driving so much has your training changed a little bit well yeah i don't lift weights at all so well that's kind of like the part i think it's the most difficult right now like it's hard to have time to work out because we're so exhausted i'm not used to this heat and we're traveling we have to like use one or two days to get to the new event and then when we're at the new event we have to like get our practice in like get i haven't even played the courses so i probably have to get like maybe one extra round uh we try to do like some basic workouts but that's like that's it yeah so it's more like when i get home i do more workouts and then less when i'm here yeah so essentially you're coming here and you're playing all these big elite tournaments blind and you're getting some decent finishes you've had some top 15s and not doing too bad for playing these courses blind aside from just learning the courses and obviously coming back again what in your game right now needs to improve the most for you to take more podium finishes and get to the next level because you have the skills for it yeah i think definitely it's my form and like my distance so we're kind of working on that but it's it's hard to change my form work on my form get distance while i'm playing these events but we're trying so i try to like do something new every week um so i'm slowly getting there uh but definitely distance for me so when it comes to this course it's a long course do you feel well suited to take a good finish out here yeah i do yeah i feel like most of the holes are reachable for me um so this course is i don't think it's going to be a problem i think i'll do well well good...
