and joining us now is kristen tatar of estonia and kristin first of all welcome back and with that how were your travels you left the us and here you are back how did everything go um trip back was very quick it went by so fast i wish i had more time at home but like i'm super happy to be back here on the course because it was quite cold back home and it was actually snowing so i was like oh this is not good and so i'm happy to be here in warm climate just playing disc golf it's good so maybe that answers my next question which was did you do relaxing or were you working on your game when you were back home sounds like the weather wasn't great but i know you'll still play in snow if you have to what were you how did you balance your time well i i did a couple of field work sessions to sort of figure out my discs but i mean in colder colder climate they fly differently so i think the main work should be done here but i mean i still tried but i did mostly just i was just relaxing went for a couple of runs and just enjoyed my time at home when you're enjoying your time at home how receptive does does the everyone at home know how big of a deal you are here in the united states and within disc golf how successful you've been and does everybody understand how big that really is um well i i don't know actually i don't ask them but um i did have to give like three interviews so maybe uh yeah yeah you're a pretty big deal worldwide we all know that uh and i'll follow that up and say as of yesterday you became only the second woman to reach a 980 threshold oh wow nice how does that feel do you have a ratings goal do you even think about ratings usually no um i remember when i first came here then everybody was amazed oh my gosh she's playing over her rating like i don't know like 50.60 points and i'm like i play this way at home but i just get a lower rating there so there's always been this difference between ratings the rounds that...
