kona pantis joins us now questions for kona zoe and ike here from the disc golf network hi kona hi how are you doing great how are you i'm great it's beautiful weather out here today in waco texas we're here at the beast you've got lovely memories here i think we could call you the people's champ and everyone was celebrating when you won coming off of that and with an exciting new sponsor how do you feel about this weekend just in general you know last year i went into the tournament with no expectations and so i'm taking that same mindset uh talked to seth munsey our disc golf strong rep someone who i really trust and going to focus on breathing and really living in the moment but i'm just excited to be here colt and i pulled in and you know it's just one of those feelings you know my first big event and one amazing feeling so absolutely and with the new sponsor by the way congratulations again can you let us know what disks you're going to heavily be leaning on with the crazy winds and the open and the tight fairways out here yeah so i actually struggled in las vegas learning my discs in the wind i hadn't you know practiced enough i'm going to put that on myself to put discs in the bag that i really trusted in those windy situations and so this week i'm going to be relying on like my felon my most overstable driver and defender as well you know in those really windy situations and once we get in those ones the woods i'm going to be really throwing like my escapes and those slower speed drivers to stay in the fairway awesome well good luck this weekend and we have questions from brian earhart next okay hello kona hello just a more general overall question for you i know this week you're having to defend your title you signed a new contract big contract congratulations again on that that's unbelievable i've personally seen how hard you and colton have worked over the past few years grinding it out in the van and playing every single big event that you possibly can so well deserved i know like you said just recently the focus now is staying in the moment and staying present and...
