As he prepares for his first time playing in America, he admits to feeling nervous but is eager to immerse himself in the local culture and community. A fan favorite and international pro, Jacky Chen hopes to return to the US for future events, including the Pro World Championships and USDGC, and is grateful for the opportunity to share his experience with fans around the world.

terry miller rejoining along with jackie chen and we're gonna have a translator help us out here so jackie my first question to you is i'd like to ask you how did you discover disc golf yes sorry i just speak main range my parents played frisbee in taiwan they taught me frisbee when i was five years old i played an overall frisbee tournament when i was six years old i returned to disc golf at 20 years old and then started watching american tournaments what inspired you to practice this golf yep uh now what's up i just love competition disc golf is fun and i knew that i could play well if i tried true true so tomorrow you're going to be playing on a feature card it'll be both live and covered on jomez do you think you'll be nervous yeah sure germans i think so i think there will be nerves for sure yep i love jomas how's your time in america been and is this your first time here yep it's my first time in america you know this is my first time the culture here is much different and it is taking some time to get used to however i love the disc culture because everyone is so friendly to me yep and so with that do you hope to return to america and play more events here in the future yep uh pro world and usd yes i would love to play pro worlds and usdgc later this year it's been great watching you we're so honored to have you here and best of luck to you this week yeah thank you you
