Derek Shows us 2 Disc Dyeing Techniques(12 Days of Gatekeeper Media) Day 9
Join Derek on Day 9 of his "12 Days of Gatekeeper Media" series as he dives into two disc dyeing techniques that are perfect for beginners. First up, he'll show you how to achieve a star effect using the shaving cream mound dye method, a technique that's easy to master and requires minimal equipment - just shaving cream, medium, and a blank disc. Derek will share his tips on kneading out air pockets and smoothing out the lather to get a professional-looking finish. He'll also demonstrate how to use traditional dye with synthetic RIT dye, which is essential for achieving a strong bond between the disc and the colorant. With a little practice, viewers can achieve unique and eye-catching designs, just like Derek does in this video - featuring his beloved orange disc, Holly Bean, as well as a review of the JLS Millennium golf discs and Nick Hansen's Clinic discs from 2023.
Watch Derek share expert tips on two disc dyeing techniques from basecoat to colorant. Take your game to the next level with Gatekeeper Media!
