we'd like to welcome katrina allen as our first guest live at the press conference here at jonesboro open cat we are back at jonesboro a course you play well at coming in as a defending champion how do you feel um feel good weathers hasn't been very fun this week but hoping it clears up for the weekend and do you feel like your game and your practice plan is similar to previous years especially last year winning this event or have you made some pretty significant changes to your practice plan um i'm playing with a new bag so i'd say that was the only adjustment but i really feel like this place kind of just asks for one shot in my opinion there's definitely like a landing zone or just one gap so actually it's been pretty smooth i just kind of have stepped up and just been throwing the shot that i've thrown the last few years excellent and we'd like to hear you talk a little bit about champions cup setting an amazing record on one of the most prestigious most classic disc golf courses in the world can you give us a little summary from katrina allen about that record-setting round uh well it felt great but it felt even great to start um or after my start um not the start i was looking for the first three rounds but and i don't know how many people know but it is my favorite course in the world so it just felt really good to play great golf on my favorite course and i and that's really what it demands is golf so yeah absolutely nate perkins here yeah kat can you tell us how much uh you know the the final round at champions cup kind of rolls into this week if there is any momentum that that continues from that round on sunday um yeah that you know i feel like i talked about this a lot but just that you know i really feel like there was two ways to go into the last round like oh i'm not in the cash and oh poor me's and the bad kicks and it doesn't even matter i can't win now or you just you know wake up and try again and i felt like that just showed my grit and perseverance and...
