What's going on, disc golf fans? Welcome to the coverage of the 2026 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championships presented by Dynamic Discs. Another PDGA major here in the tally and we are following the FA1 division for this round. We got Dererick and Chris on the mic once again. How's it going, Chris? I'm excited because this is my first time actually ever going to Buffalo. Never been in this area. Have some new faces and some familiar ones. Saw Kayla Hes take down a major not that long ago over there in Utah. Giana though with the two-stroke lead. Gabrielle, I believe we had her earlier in the year as well. And Ellen from Canada making the coverage as well. All right, let's jump into the first par4 404. Pretty steep drop off from the T. And then as we move in, some Illinois >> coverage as it swings to the left. So, Giana, team Inova, and I got to say, we teed off at 8 a.m. and they had a bunch of storms leading up to this event, and the mosquitoes were topnotch. I'd say probably top three all time in I think Gatekeepers book of getting attacked by mosquitoes. >> Yeah, I think I'm still >> dealing with mosquito bites. I remember walking up to the first team was like, "Anything I need to know?" Because we're only filming the final days. So, it's like, "Hey, anything I need to know?" They're like, "Yeah, the bugs are bad." I was like, "All right, I'll spray myself a little bit." And then I was I was not ready for that. >> Little high there. catching the tree and really just stopping it all around. Dropping straight down >> from Dan, Illinois, Gabriel Smith. >> So, we have probably I think about five cards out here. This is final day, so there was a cut. So, any stats I give will be a pretty limited field. making pretty good use of hugging that left side >> from Kingston, Prince Edward Island, Canada, Ellen Dixon. >> First time seeing Ellen on coverage, so I'm excited to see her game. >> Yeah, not off to a great start there. Just didn't get it turned over. I I I feel like I knew what she was going for and just didn't quite get over on it as much as they'd like....
