Welcome back disc golf fans to the 2025 PDGA US Women's Disc Golf Championship here in Manattowwalk, Wisconsin brought to you by Disc. It's another PDGA major here. Thank you to all of our Patreon supporters. I'm Derek and Chris is with me in the booth once again. And this commentary is proudly weighed by Marshall Street. Thanks and a big shout out to them. Big shout out to American by Windham as well housing us for this event as the weather's been pretty tricky. So we actually started this round here with a delay. So first thing in the morning there was lightning pushed the entire field back in terms of tea times. But we have some major winners on this card here with Kayla Virginia. We have Anakah for the second round here and then Jessica you face to our coverage. All right, so let's get started with hole one 237 ft par 3. There's going to be this uh slight hill in front of the entrance into the woods. A lot of trees to contend with. Couple lines that you can take too, honestly. Yeah, we will be at the lakeside course here at Silver Creek Park during our feature card. We're at the creek side, so this course is a little shorter. Well, that sure did get sneaky. Kayla's starting off round two with a replay. Let's take a look. It battles through these branches here a little bit. Nothing stopping it though. Coming up just low under the bucket. Really good shot. Winnipeg Canada. And Anakah put together a solid feature card round here. Tied for first. So, we got to see that. Make sure you check that out. Round one. Yeah, seems like that got through just fine as well. Not too familiar with Jessica here, but a good backhand shot catching some trees. Little more than halfway down the fairway. and Virginia rounding us off here. Something to note, Virginia has over 100 wins under her belt. Wow. Seven of them being majors. She knows how to win at a very young age. That is important. Not to put too much pressure on things or anything, but as we see her approach to the pen. And then we have Anakin. Oh no. Catch an early tree. Good putt for the par. It's a good example of keeping your cool. Could be very easy...
