[music] As promised, we are back for our coverage of the 2025 New South Wales Open. My name is Jason Weedner and I'm joined by a [music] New South Wales Open entrant for 2025. Matty Faz, how are you, Matt? >> I'm really [music] good, Jay. Excited to be commentating this second round. Absolutely. And as we saw, round one finished like this. Aussie D sneaks himself onto lead card. And we've got another newcomer, Daniel Small, Maddie. >> Yeah, Smallsy. >> Don't know anything of him. So, tell us [music] about him. >> Yeah, you're going to learn a little about a little bit about Dan this round. And he's a he's a pretty unique guy actually. Forehand dominant. Uh really friendly character and does prefer to go by Smallsy. Forehand dominance going to help him on this. It >> sure will >> as we get to hole one. It's a [music] par four. Big wide open off the tea. We got a Mando tree just there on your right now. And then we've got a few trees to contend with as we push our way through. There's a couple of gaps, but forehand gap on second being the dominant or prominent one. And basket here just up in the shade as it gets nice and sunny. >> M. >> Yeah, weather today was gorgeous. There was a bit of a breeze coming off the lake. So again, the players here dealing with a pretty strong headwind. I'd say a stronger headwind than they were dealing with in uh on day one. Now, I get a little bit excited when uh I see this figure strut up to the tea, Maddie, cuz uh it's well documented. He's my favorite, Austin Dlesandro. >> He is your boy, Australia's disc golf rockstar. >> Oh, absolutely. He gets a nice roll up hoping to just get around the mando there and he has.
