[music] Ah, good day guys and welcome to the 2025 Australian Disc Golf [music] Championships presented by Prodigy. We're in the West of Australia at the Mandaring Disc Golf [music] Course. We're the big pash commentary. How cool is that? Love it. [music] Been some stellar weather here. Ash, round two. >> Yeah. >> Going to be uh pretty tasty. [music] Alex Canaston's out in front by two. Who would have thought that? >> Exact. Yeah, I know, mate. Certainly not Alex. Well, maybe Alex, but definitely not Blake Hston at the start of round one. 31° today. I think this is the hottest we're going to see over this tournament. Uh and is it the hottest we're going to see from Alex? I guess we'll find out today. [music] Couple of good rounds yesterday from Mikey Hair and Ryan Deer just leading up that chase card too, Patty. Uh but they did cop a [music] two-stroke penalty for turning up to their tea time uh late as we move into hole one. >> Trash. Uh this is a beautiful par four. 225 m booming downhill. You've got Obie on the right, Obie on the left, funneling down to the basket here. Uh and [music] there that scrape uh does come into play which is OB if you land on it. Yeah, >> Alex first up on the tea and looks like he's rocking the 90s Charlotte Hornets teal get up. >> Basically painted on [laughter] and uh you know we Alex and Blake or well all these boys can absolutely rooster a disc. So let's see if he What do you reckon Ash? You reckon he can get past the uh the golf scrape? >> Yeah. Yeah, look, that seems to be the goal for these boys. And that looks like it's going to have absolutely no issues at all. Lost it for a second.
