welcome back disc golf fans to round two back nine coverage of the 2024 Texas State disc golf championships presented by lonar discs out here at the Brock Premiere course in Houston Texas got to see some good golf the front the first round and this second round I'm Nathan Queen again joined by Andrew fish yeah Texas States has a long running history big state big disc golf presence and Ezra aderhold Robert bur Nathan Queen and Jake Heimer at least as of now not counted out of potentially being the 2024 Texas state champion yeah the three of us still sitting there inside that top 10 and with plenty of golf left here gets us straight into to The Back Nine whole 10 720t par 4 very straight shot off of the T with a fairly low ceiling uh as straight as you can as far as you can and then you kind of deal with what you have left from there uh if you jump way off to the left and get past a set of trees it's fairly open or if you stay straight then you've still got a pretty straight second shot low ceiling certainly coming into play for Ezra ater hold and birge trying to draw the shot from left to right doesn't quite do that and gets knocked down yeah gets a small enough kick to not find that OB on the left side and Jake haven't seen the roller play yet here yeah it was it without that it may have cut over to the right side and found the right side OB so should be in a pretty decent spot there and it would be hard to get an air shot a whole lot further than he just threw the roller anyway with the low ceiling you kind of put it in the ground so that's going to leave you a long second oh it looks like Robert able to find himself a flex line and gets lots of distance there that's a great shot to get to the edge of circle one yeah that's big time like this could be the kind of Birdie that really gets his round moving AER hold to the forehand and seemed low out of the hand but got lots of carry still gets himself a good Skip and going to be an a symboler...
