welcome back to the 2024 North Island championships presented by RPM and the Anga golf club I'm con mry and I'm joined by Dwayne Goodman hey con how you going mate good mate how are you yeah great good to be back we got some round two footage here of the uh North Island Champs Anglewood located on the west coast of the north Ireland in New Zealand yeah great spot to get to beautiful scenery a pristine golf course we got four of the best Jacko Sullivan Nick Francis and Johnny white with N8 and Jake Brennen with a n six that opening round by Jacko was on fire yeah that is some pretty awesome scoring yeah it's a long course but these guys get n 10 n 10 yeah here we go hole one par five 350 M brought to you by NZ DG the only thing we really want to avoid here is the OB fence line on the left the whole way up um we uh brought with some stronger winds today yeah that's smart direct headwin here on H one jko throwing over his overstable Kar I would say okay yep yeah the wind's pushed that to the right but still not in the woods orange here trying to keep it low out of the wind just P that one up there it is pretty windy that is howling look at those flags Johnny probably didn't get as much turn as he wanted out of that that new Co beefing up on him safe all out to the right there and I'll first look at Jake Brennan out of Oakland New Zealand Jake also sponsored with RPM nice so when turned his hat backwards I don't think you're going to be waiting wow for a drop in the wind here 350 M plays a a lot longer right into this ripping hwind yep little bit head shot we seen drives yesterday two three times the distance Yep this is more like the norm when we go out to play every Sunday we got the mount tanaki in the backround there trying to peek but still got those overcast clouds yep good shot there from Johnny back to the middle it's probably the smart play y this Ho's going to be long enough already wow that's blowing it's good shot to get out of there back...
