hello and welcome to the back nine coverage of round two of the 2024 Las Vegas challenge we're over on the Ina course my name is Emily Dale and I'm joined by Nathan Johnson hey Emily some exciting golf going on here at the Las Vegas challenge super exciting to see how our competitors keep rolling forward yes we've seen a couple pushes from the Chase card so our sopia is still doing a great job she's still in the lead but we have some people sneaking up the leaderboard there we have some hot rounds coming in from Maria and Katrina and that'll make some things interesting if they're checking scores yeah still plenty of golf left in this tournament it's a four round event so of time for players to make moves and uh find themselves with a chance at a good finish absolutely so heading back into it ho 10 we have a par five 721 ft getting out this Gap you can see we have some OB there as well as the infamous bunkers that have caught some of our players so far today another Power five with an opportunity to attack if these players choose to get aggressive we'll see if what Sophia can do here we've seen throughout this event so far that she has more than enough distance to attack some of these par fivs it's a nice shot Fades out a little bit to the left but it'll definitely play yeah absolutely great drive there and this basket does feature as many do an OB Green close to the pin so it gives players something to think about as they're considering going for their second shots nice drive from Lorenson Fades out on that leftand side coming off a turkey to finish that front nine we'll see if she can stay hot here good pool here from Emily as well gets her right out in the middle this is a bit looked a bit overturned from Melle but comes out of it going to see what it this hole plays like from the right hand side probably going to see most likely a couple of layups here just playing up short of that golf green you mentioned oh no but Emily finds the hazard bunker on the right hand side that's a tough tough mistake yeah it's so hard to avoid those...
