welcome back disc golf fans to the 2024 play it against Sports Jonesboro open presented by Westside diss out here at the disc side of Heaven course in Jonesboro Arkansas longtime tour course different starting point this year excited to see how that could play out I'm Nathan Queen again joined by Andrew fish yeah reconfiguring the course for a little bit of flow little bit of parking and we are going to watch Benjamin Callaway Jared stole Ganon bur and Albert Tom couple familiar faces and then uh Jared maybe a little less familiar to most folks watching you see after three uh I'm sorry four events Anthony Barella has grabbed first place in the tour season disc golf pro tour standing yeah and the rest of the leaderboard there showing you that top 20 as early points help out especially those early wins and brand new hole one same hole as before 520 ft difficult shot to start your round as you have to carry OB and unlikely to get a birdie I guess uh but definitely more difficult to get a birdie to start your round here playing with a Tailwind makes the shot easier to carry the out of bounds perhaps harder to hold it straight to approach the screen Callaway tries to drag it from left to right that is going to fade out and then a favorable touch down to Circle two or so next on the te from North Adams Michigan Jared yeah Jared uh all different kinds of throws here he's got backhand forehand and overhand we may you may or may not have seen the overhand on whole 17 out at the Beast that right to left wind going to cause him some issues hting the the straight Gap going to maybe have to go over top from Iowa Ganon Burr and Ganon Burr off to a strong start on his season see how he's able to navigate these swirly winds lot of distant shots required here at the disc side of heavens and uh I I got to imagine that sets up well for ganon's ability to manipulate angles with his distance drivers yeah as he's held this one over nicely getting it to Hiser back towards the Gap uh but actually pushes it just a bit too far before that Heiser should have rounding out the card please welcome...
