foreign welcome back disc golf fans to the second and final round of the 2023 true Bank Des Moines challenge presented by Discraft here in Des Moines Iowa I'm Nathan Queen joined by Andrew fish and Nathan did not misspeak this is indeed the second and final round for the mpo field uh yesterday Saturday there was some pretty severe weather that rolled through so we experienced some lightning delays even a tornado watch so competition shortened and that means everyone on our card is tied for third and very much in the hunt very much so just two strokes off of the lead avoiding that hail that we also saw yesterday today as you but there's that two-stroke Gap that you saw all the way down to 10th Isaac Robinson just sitting there three off the lead and leading us off is going to be a brand new face to coverage Dawson Snelling out of uh Illinois right on the Iowa border gonna putt with the pa3s uh I know he throws a champion glow T-bird all over the course and then uh destroyers and Cloud breakers for his distance and Calvin heimberg we've all seen his bag has that new Helio Villa in there from Millennium gonna see some Eagles and Thunderbirds maybe some quasars with this heavy wind also Ezra Robinson sponsored by Prodigy gonna putt with the 300 gpa1 uh loves throwing the M Model S as well as M1 for his mid-ranges got good opportunities here at Pickard Park for that and then d1's for distance drivers and Chris Dickerson putting with the CT Challenger OS I'm gonna see some zones for some of these up shots maybe drones as well and I think a lot of predators out there in the open might see some forces for long shots hole one 795 feet as a par 4 pretty open on the tee shot although constrained on both sides by out of bounds as the high grass indicates a little bit of a right turn and then we're gonna go past a cluster of trees the basket situated again surrounded by out of bounds our first look at Dawson Snelling very excited to see this young guy Play Just 21 years old but a pdj number in the 40 thousands been playing for 13 years or so and Nathan we should make special note uh...
