The Preserve Championship is underway at Kale's Place, a stunning disc golf course in Minnesota, as the top players face off in the 10th pro tournament of the season. one welcome back to Clearwater Minnesota we are at The Preserve Championship powered by Prodigy disc I'm Andrew fish joined here by Nathan Queen yeah this and like we mentioned on the front nine this is already the 10th disc golf pro tourism of the season this year out here at the black bear course the Airborne property I believe either way beautiful property tons of water as you would expect out here in Minnesota for sure I think we all kind of just know it as Kale's Place uh or something similar to that he is the architect and and the owner he basically has the job we all want Alden Harris on our feature card out to a stunning start eight down through nine to lead the pack a lot of other folks still in contention though yeah three or four seven downs and six is right behind that brings us into a pretty scorable Back Nine yeah for sure three par fives on it we're gonna start out here with an 1158 par 5 whole 10. wide open tee shot turn something over and then that stream is going to play as out of bounds there are also some out of bounds on the right side of that at the sidewalk a ways down definitely not in play on the first shot uh and then get yourself up onto an old golf green where this basket is now I did see Evan Smith today come within about maybe 50 feet short of that cart path you're talking about it was pretty incredible that's very creative I guess we are playing with a Tailwind so uh that can kind of hang on to your disc and let it go or and and Let It Fly for a long time good swing by Harris who is not relinquishing that box at all yes Simon really not too far behind at 500 par saw a putting mistake and he is absolutely gotten a hold of this one he's gonna be in a position to reach the pin from there yeah I think if you're Simon lizotte this is this is the time you say oh I can do something so sick here he won't be able to resist kale not a super distance guy very good with his angles gonna get his win read checks his anhyzer swing and well...
