foreign welcome back disc golf fans to the 2023 PDGA professional disc golf world championships presented by L.L Bean excited to be out here for the final six holes of a rainy first day moved into the second day now actually and I'm Nathan Queen again joined by Andrew fish yeah you see our weather report there and that seems pretty accurate we're gonna come back out on uh Thursday morning to complete this round one you see Aaron Gossage putting together a pretty decent round so far through 12 holes Niklas antila Calvin heimberg and Simon lizotte not far behind uh thank you so much for bearing with us as we kind of deal with whatever the weather and whatever the whatever the darkness allowed us to do here on day one of 2023 Pro worlds yeah pretty tricky stuff there as we get into hole 13 what do we have fish hole 13 is 570 feet a par 4 turns right pretty severely following this road any shot that gets to the bridge is huge and then there's a tunnel for about the last 120 feet I think counterclockwise spin righty forehand is probably the best way to solve the problem but uh a turnover shot can also work and Calvin with a fortunate kick after providing his very correct commentary there gonna be in the middle might be in position to get up and down for a birdie just a pretty difficult shot and Simon hoping for some help that inside Gap likely has cut off his angle to try to attack the basket and we came back out at 7 47 a.m on Thursday shotgun start these last six holes yeah it seems like these players might not be quite warmed up yet I'm sure most of them have not teed off this early unless they've been involved in some of the other weather delays we've had this year and significantly colder on Thursday morning something in the low 50s you see everybody's bundled up in some long sleeves and long pants and everybody tracking to the inside of this corner tree so Calvin gonna be at first after a pretty fortunate kick he looks like he does have a good line really tight Gap here late he has swung that out too wide gonna be in a pretty tricky spot yeah I think it's very...
