Welcome to Myrtle Beach South Carolina for gatekeeper and Heiser media's combined coverage of the 2023 Innova Discs Myrtle Beach open thank you as always to our presenting sponsors Cosmic disc golf dtown disc golf and Reaper disc Supply you guys make this coverage possible I'm Nathan Johnson today joined in the booth by Dan Brooks Wells Dan who do we have on our feature card today what is going on guys starting us off we have deian Cary we have Juliana corver with that four-digit PGA number we have World Champ page shoe and last but not least we have last year's fa1 winner Jasmine poock jumping right in Ho One if you're a frequent player of soccer or sorry Splinter City Disc Golf Park this is actually course hole 12 but for the tournament it is going to be whole one part 3 390 dead straight tunnel shot trees the whole way on the left and right and if you do go long there is out of bounds behind the basket good nice starting hole here to kick things off please welcome to the tead our 202 to MBO Champion Dean Cary yeah just letting DJ hea get his intro in there yeah it's it's a nice park style course um here at Splinter city you'll see a lot of Fairways kind of similar to this you got low ceilings pretty generous gaps off of most of the t- shots um but yeah it's a it's a good good tough um course but definitely some scoring out here if you're if you're hitting your gaps 1999 2000 2001 2003 world champion Juliana corber I was going to say Dan you said World Champ paage shoe but we've got the five-time World Champ on the card as well definitely looking forward to watching Juliana take on this course yeah my my mistake I thought it after Paige came up and you know I'm glad that he said it for me I didn't have to great shck there from her here on hold number one to the your 2018 World Champion Paige Sho that kid loves it we love it as well we got to watch Paige on coverage recently on Heiser media and gatekeeper at the uh down east Players cup so go ahead and check that coverage out if you haven't already yeah and Paige we've come to...
