Gatekeeper Media brings you live coverage of the 2023 Lundbyparken Open presented by Clash Discs, a R1 and F9 featuring some of Sweden's top disc golfers, including James Proctor, Eric Oakley, Oscar Axelson, and Yusuf Berry. The picturesque Lundby Park, known for its unique layout with plenty of options for players, is hosting this season-long event. Max Vergnitnik joins Andrew Fish to discuss the international scene's growth and development in Swedish disc golf. The duo shares insights on the course, which boasts 356 feet of straightaway play, as well as out-of-bounds zones on both sides. Oscar Axelson, one of the competitors, will be playing with just four discs throughout the tournament, a rare quirk that adds an interesting twist to his gameplay. Clash Discs reps are also in attendance, showcasing their products and having a great time representing the brand at this exciting event.

foreign welcome back to gatekeeper media's coverage of the 2023 Swedish disc golf pro tour we are at the lundby park and open presented by Clash desks and I'm Andrew fish joined here by Max vergitnik what's up guys excited to see some disc golf from Sweden again absolutely great to see the international scene developing and blossoming uh thanks to all of the Swedish disc golf pro tours partners and we're at the beautiful lundby parking in Ian shopping yeah I think they had a big tournament here last year as well I know Nico Castro was playing that last year so definitely some Buzz around it see there we've got James Proctor Eric Oakley coming over from the U.S as well as Mr oxelson and Yusuf Berry who's currently sitting third in the Swedish disc golf pro tour standings yeah we got to see Ghost of De Leon and fritterov at school open so I've got a good showing here yeah absolutely uh great to see uh folks turning out for the season-long event 356 feet pretty straightforward there is some out of bounds to both sides but just a lot of field and a lot of different options you can choose yeah all the airspace you want just uh pick your comfortable shot and shape it Proctor come a little short there but probably an open pot Eric Oakley this is a little overturned kind of running towards that short pen and Oscar axelson the owner of the property and something neat I heard about him he's gonna play with just four discs all around yeah not something you see very often but it's always kind of a nice little quirk unfortunately leaking out of bounds long there showing the showing the Big Arm I got Yusuf Betty back on coverage wearing short sleeves this time short sleeves looks a little warmer also leak and long um looks like it plays a little uphill so maybe just clubbing up a little too much good bid from Oakley foreign state or OTB just before they were at the OTB open and literally that Monday morning flew out uh largely representing Clash discs one of their Mutual sponsors as well as the sponsor of the lunby park and open yeah so definitely on the grind here this week I think they were only there for like five six days...
