hey folks and welcome back here to gatekeeper media as we continue to bring you coverage of the 2022 des moines challenge out in iowa over at pickard park we appreciate you all for tuning in and of course a special thank you goes to our patreon supporters who helped make all this coverage possible here in the virtual commentary booth it's once again myself tess moray joined by nathan queen we had a lot of good scores on this front nine so far couple star frames we had a couple turkeys on the card a few buggies mixed in uh especially holding fish back a little bit but an opportunity to attack here on this bathroom now we can see that mattio is kind of setting the pace right now eight down through 13 at this point in time on the course with simon lazzotte just a couple of strokes behind here on our future car as we head into hole number 10. one of the easier holes on the course 846 foot par 5. it's about 450 feet to get to the top of this hill you're going to see most players go with a right-handed backhand out over the ob on the right side rather than the way that the drone flew down the middle and difficult to reach the top of that hill really but if you do this is an eagle opportunity for some of these bigger arms absolutely there is an over the top line to attack the green for eagle as ben gets well on up there and he's certainly one of those guys that has the arm to do it same with simon here yeah i believe we watched ben eagle this whole last year simon was just a huge 400 foot spike hyzer must be nice fish no slouch gets well past the grouping of trees as well a good spot in the fairway yeah as long as you get past this grouping of trees you just kind of have another backhand hyzer around that big tree you see past the top of the hill to get in position for an easy pitch up all four players gonna safely get around couple of them possibly have that chance to go big for the eagle if they want yeah i'm sure simon and ben will certainly be considering it it's just that...
