hey folks and welcome back here to gatekeeper media as we continue to bring you coverage of the 2022 portland open we're in round two out at blue lake bringing you some chase card coverage we appreciate all of you for tuning in and we want to give a special thank you to all of our patreon supporters who helped make this coverage possible once again i am dust moray bringing you the commentary here for this event and have been with gatekeeper here for most of the year and really having a good time learning and getting to cover all this wonderful disc golf as you can see on our front nine james proctor was lighting it up at seven under par had a 280 foot throw in for birdie on hole one and really used that to just steam ahead as he's now tied for third position with garrett gerthy isaac robinson and simon lazar tied for first paul macbeth and albert tam also doing really well here so far as we head over to holton a pretty textbook 295 foot part three requires a bit of a left to right moving shot a little bit of a blind shot off the t and the ob can come a little bit tight on that right hand side of the green but other than that pretty straightforward and usually a very scorable hole for the entire field this tam is first to act here when picking up just a little bit here on this back nah we're dealing with on and off rain throughout the day as well a big swooping forehand here from tam it actually pushes it deep definitely a very powerful forehand throw was trying to control the distance with that big high heiser line but still pushes towards the out of bounds proctor executing his line really well there right up near the bull's eye macbeth also putting a good line on this disc will fall inside the circle no one needs to make sure that doesn't carry too far right and it does so that is the mistakes you can make on this haul is a little deep or a little too inside and so this is noah the lengthy putt to try to save par and that just looked off out of his hand and oh that goes opie again a devastating start...
