hey everyone and welcome back to our coverage here of the open at belton presented by discraft out at heritage park in texas this is our first disc golf pro tour super series stop of the year and we're bringing it to you here at gatekeeper media big shout out to all of you tuning in and a special thanks to our patreon supporters to help make all of this possible once again i am dustin murray esports commentator turned disc golfer and i'm here bringing you the back nine on our very windy opening day to the event of course after the front now we had dickerson with the hot start five through five and ended six under ezra aider hold not so far behind at four under par in his own right and you look at the grand scheme of things dickerson is making a huge push for the number one position heading into moving day with a few players just a stroke or two behind so we kick things off here on hold 10 a 726 foot par four ob left and right fairly straight forward off the tee though the wind definitely makes staying in the fairway tough but as you can see a very guarded green requires a really accurate shot to be able to get yourself into good contention for a birdie if you see ezra ater hold leading things off hugging over that right ob needs it the flare back in and unfortunately does not have the angle to skip himself back inbound and so that is a penalty right off the back as you see bradley williams also hovering over that right side but looks like it should have enough fade to get back in the fairway and indeed it does center cut line there from bradley williams well done dickerson looking to follow suit looks like that does have the stability once again to carry back into the fairway as well as cover a lot of ground well over 400 feet on that throw got michael and fonte up next hangs that one right a bit but looks like it's getting the fate it needs and indeed it will land center cut and make some good progress as you can see aderhold is still well back here but definitely has the power to still get down towards the green this is...
