2022 MVP Open at Maple Hill | R1, B9 | Barsby, Mäkelä, Buhr, Marwede | Gatekeeper

Watch as Dustin Murray and Nathan Queen bring you live commentary from the 2022 MVP Open at Maple Hill in Massachusetts. The windy weather and cold conditions have taken their toll on the players, with most struggling to stay under par on the front nine holes. Greg Barrs is one of the few who managed to break through, but even he faces challenges as he approaches the 377-foot Par 3, a notoriously difficult hole due to its steep uphill approach and dense "hassle wall" that can block shots. The duo also discusses Garrett's impressive technique in getting close to the pin with his hyzer smashes, and how the presence of Christmas trees on the right side of the fairway makes it even harder to get a shot to the pin. With many players stuck in a four-under-to-two-under range, can anyone break through and take the lead?
