2021 Turku | FPO RD2, B9 LEAD | Salonen, Blomroos, Laine, Haipus | ENGLISH COMMENTARY
The 2021 Turku Pro disc golf tournament is back on the course at Round 2 of the Back 9, where players are vying for top spot. The rain has finally calmed down in Finland, allowing the coverage to proceed without any issues. Hayden Ricard and Mitch Phillips provide expert commentary, discussing the Front 9 performance, particularly Avelina's impressive round with just one bogey and several birdies. As they analyze the players' strategies, specific techniques come into focus, such as Hannah's putt woes within a 25-foot range. The duo also highlights the need to correct weaknesses on the Back 9, including Annika's tendency to hold onto shots too much. The group discusses ways to overcome these challenges and take their game to the next level, all while navigating the challenging Turku course, featuring holes like the infamous hole 10 with its demanding flip-up hyzer shot.
Watch top Finnish women's players Salonen, Blomroos, & Laine fight for the lead on B9 at the 2021 Turku FPO RD2 | English commentary available.
