hello and welcome disc golf fans to the front nine coverage of round two of the 2021 stafford open presented by innova champion discs i'm brian earhart joined here by fellow lefty co-commentator nathan queen nathan how you doing doing well we saw a lot of lots of birdies in that first round and i expect to see more here today yeah we have uh another uh another round of disc golf a little bit uh shaky weather that the players had to potentially deal with we have our lead card here matt aurum 13 under first round justin rozak 10 down michael johansen and chris villa at 9 under par yeah going into this round it's a little warmer today but the humidity seemed to be down so didn't feel quite as hot but you're still getting a little sweaty and the t-pads still could be a little bit slick with those pavers that they've got going on going into hole 1 309 feet again a tight start off the tee ideally you want to go right of the two trees that the drone just passed and just kind of slide up use the ground to slow down once you get to the green open for 2021 our lead card for mpo is now going to tee off first on the t-pad representing mobile alabama matt aurum matt has had a really wonderful uh spot in the spotlight i guess you could say recently um one of my favorite people in the sport of disc golf to even you know just watch throw a disc and also just to listen to him commentate his own play and this is the gap i was talking about he has done it perfectly look at that it shows you what we got to miss the first round in his 13 down next up on our t-pad from zionsville pennsylvania justin rozak yeah a bit more local to this area than the rest of our card we have chris villa probably being the other local here but uh yeah i haven't seen too much adjusting on camera but a good stand up there just a bit too flippy uh able to miss everything though and he'll have a circle two look a little obstructed next up is our defending champion of the 2020 stafford open from north carolina michael johansen and no surprise...
