here we are folks the back nine holes of the final round of the 2021 idol wild open presented by dynamic discs i'm brian earhart joined here by nate perkins my co-host one more time nate we are in the woods officially at idlewild and anyone can take this window you know it's a little interesting it feels funny that this is the final round and it's round three yeah because we just played a four round tournament and there's been some discussions about that what what's your thoughts on the four round versus three round tournament you know to to not go into it too far i think until players can start flying a lot more consistently yeah four rounds at each pro tour stacked back to back to back to back sounds pretty exhausting but again i'm not complaining more disc golf is more disc golf but you know what here we are hole 10 players got to start making a move and every hole seems uh to have its own trickery to it and hole 10 is just the longest push hyzer you'll ever see we saw eagle throw the textbook line if you want to watch the shot that the whole designer wants thrown watch eagle shot from the previous round and corey sneaks through the whole left side and gets into circle one wow luke pulls that a bit too high he's just got to hope it sits in a decent spot corey's shot missed so many trees on that left side throw it hard okay a little bit lower and kicks kicks into a tricky spot not terrible but he still has to think from where he's at yeah right right's bad but early left is that's the worst where the instant bogey hides and this is kind of a tougher shape for rick he doesn't like to throw those like low pushing flip up hyzers he likes to throw flat and if he can throw in a flex that's even better for him so it's a lot tighter of a window for him to hit plenty of pace on that jump putt okay just playing catch dropping it next to the basket ricky has a long uphill look at the whale just off the nubs nate he was already sprinting to the basket wow this is cory's distance today oh my goodness he's...
